When I pop out the other side and find you standing there,

I release into the infinite and feel blessed by the Divine,

It comes for just an instant for it is not born of this dimension,

And it safely holds me as the truth then unwinds.

To encounter you is the gateway to the flight of love,

And I am off in all directions just trying to keep up.

 

The place you touch me deepest is where the romance meets the magic,

And a thousand  constellations light up inside,

And the flare can go on forever if I choose,

As fleeting as it may seem at the time.

There could be no greater reward than to be touched by your benevolence,

To be warmed in every aspect secret or seen,

And then to celebrate the union with the intention coming from my heart,

That’s got to be the best thing yet wouldn’t you agree.

 

There is nothing more pure than to surrender,

And the final person to forgive is always me,

The responsibility could be no deeper,

As the reflection lingers longer in order to be loved,

Most excess baggage eager to disappear.

 

That’s when you begin to reveal yourself with regularity,

And my heart smiles and dances with your splendour.

It can be calm or exuberant or anything in between,

But it is authentic beyond all separation.

This sweet union with the sacred is the explosion spoken of for all time.

 

There is never another beautiful sunrise,

Only the one that stands before me now,

There is no more beautiful love in all the galaxies than you,

And I have been sent to hold you to it.

When you appear in your chiffon gown of laughter,

I am lost in the pleasure of my humanity,

And surrender a little more.

 

Put on your interplanetary rocket shoes my sweet delight,

Because we’re off on a journey this starry night

That has no destination but love and light.

 

Holding on tight through all the storms...
