Do not be misled by your conditioning that has told you all decisions are made by the mind for this may be perilously false. The heart refers to that energy field that knows no specific corporeal bounds but which embraces the truth in all its dimensions. When we perceive life through the window opened by the heart then the mind will naturally follow. This is the ultimate act of cleansing in which all residue of fear and the past are erased. Only the heart knows the right path through the darkened wood and only the heart can illuminate the way. Do not believe me for a moment but test this in your own life and you will see. All actions that proceed from the heart are blessed by the infinite and provide freedom in all its glory. This is the treasure trove that holds you safely within its palm and has as its inherent nature a compass that steers you toward the divine. For this very reason you cannot practice it, it will practice you, just as the magic of the breath flows through the flute to produce the sound. This is the moment of surrender when the brilliance of what must be done explodes everything you have learned, everything you cling to and gifts you with the truth. By surrendering with absolute trust the heart bursts open like a sacred lotus blossom and every bee and butterfly in the neighbourhood stops by to savour this irresistible delight. This is the unfolding you were meant to experience and is available with every beat of your heart.
As I write these words I am filled with the joy of the benediction which we are sharing and my gratitude knows no limits. This is the flash that supersedes all thought and all imaginings and immediately dissolves me, transporting my very essence to every point in the universe all at once. This is the feeling that unlocks whatever restriction that has held me back and I am filled with its ecstasy and this rush of energy guides me to you on this very page. The purity of this revelation surges throughout the realm and touches you and me with its delicate fragrance uniting us forever. Do you feel it too? This is the exquisite moment we have all been sent to witness and out of this evolves the bliss that opens the mind as well. This is the eternal wellspring from which flows all manner of good, all forgiveness, all cherished delights. This is the answer to the holy call.
As I stand here at the edge of the waterfall gazing into your romantic reflection below in the limpid pool that awaits my plunge I extend my hand through my heart and an invitation to absorb me, to cushion my fall and to carry me away in the river of life. I can hear the birds singing in the trees around me now and the surrealism of the clouds drifting by was sent by you I know. Thank you for your blessings, thank you for your love and thank you for your sweet and gentle touch. There can be no greater healing and I owe it all to you.
