I can recall as a child the preparation that was necessary in the winter months in order to go outside and play.  My mother was the director of course but she was always encouraging me to participate and remember the steps.  I usually took care of putting on my “longjohns” and then began the layering of warm garments.  There were also the snow pants which in those days were absolutely not waterproof, two pairs of socks and the boots that only mom could put on properly.  Just before the coat came the mittens which were connected by a long piece of wool yarn and therefore had to be slung over my neck before the coat went on.   I don’t think I ever lost a mitten that was connected that way.   I usually wore a toque but sometimes had one of those fighter pilot style hats with the furry inside and buckle under the chin.  I felt like an astronaut as I waddled out the door but once I hit the snow nothing held me back.  I was like Michael Jordan on fire!   From the moment I stepped off the porch the illusion of time vanished only to be reminded by my mother’s call to come in for dinner at which time I’d saunter back usually soaked to the skin but feeling warm and full of delight.  My mittens were covered in little ice balls which I would joyfully bite off in order to turn the big metal knob on the front door.  It was my reward for such a stellar day of playing in the snow. And once inside there would be my mom to help unravel my disguise.

 

Some people are constantly “getting ready” and spending a lifetime in preparation for achieving whatever they value most.  Have you noticed that in the discovery of what is meaningful you become that and all preparation vanishes?  The outcome may not be immediately available but the state of mind is there and that’s always the critical factor for it ensures the desired result.

Many others spend their time getting all their ducks in a row even though the window to the infinite is open with every breath.  You cannot prepare for your emergence, for your brilliance to manifest. You just have to throw the switch.  It’s always there.   It takes no coddling and in the flash of the decision you will find yourself swept away by the divine flow and become instantly unstoppable.

Everything has its unique frequency or spin and this creates a special magnetic electricity which in turn attracts whatever is required to keep it all humming.  This is a basic law of physics.   This can manifest in slow motion or full on boogie with all levels in between.  Our choices determine where we are in this continuum and knowing that virtually anything is possible our feeling of responsibility is engaged.   This is the cross in the road, the moment of truth, the defining flash when we realize we have the unbelievable privilege as a human being to see and reflect this understanding.  All of this creates that which surrounds us and is the ultimate expression of who we are, both individually and  collectively.  This realization is the doorway to the beloved which is you.  You cannot think about this, although the mind can be engaged in order to understand and take care of the details, but in the end it’s another dimension that is in concert with the spirit of the universe which ignites and propels us onward.

If you depend upon the experiences of life to show you the way then you will be lost till the end for there is nothing that comes from the past that can reveal the splendour of the present.  When you realize that you are the thinker then the futility of the masquerade becomes the aphrodisiac that opens your heart.  It can all be so simple or complex but always it must be steered by the intelligence and the love that forms the formless matrix.

 

Be ever careful of your contribution in life for you will eventually see it on the 11 o’clock news.  Please remember that you are the culmination of a plethora of energy frequencies which once aligned have the potential to manifest anything you can imagine.  This is the birthplace of all creation and can never be described.  This is the fundamental concept of the universe expressing itself through you. 

How will you respond?

If you are waiting for the Archangel to transport you to the promised land, then wait no longer for he cannot make the journey, you yourself must turn the key.

 

I like to feel tender these days and to smile warmly from the heart with genuine affection whenever I greet someone. When I am able to assist I do so unconditionally and out of this comes the true rapture of the benediction   It brings with it such a rich fullness to my being.

What a lovely gift to give oneself and so simple.

I am touched by the love of the divine and its light is streaming through my fingers as I write these words.  What an inspiring feeling that is!

 

So, take as big a bite as you can manage, one that will take forever to chew and digest.  Pay special attention to all the ingredients...savour them patiently, engaging all your senses, for this is the celebration banquet of your life.

 

I will soon be transporting this sacred nuance to the cliff at El Sagrado where the glory of that place awaits me.  As I am touched by the grace of the beloved so are you and if we can feel the union we create together we will smile upon one another with a wink of our eye.
