Have you appointed someone to stand guard at the gate, allowing only that which is in the spirit of integrity to attend the party?   A sort of cosmic “Bouncer” whose job it is to check each guest’s ID at the door and determine if they can pass through.  We already have a built in neurological mechanism that acts as this filter but the emotional body often takes control and bypasses the sentry and then finds itself wandering  down the darkened path of suffering and confusion.  The more you think about it the harder you try and the harder you try the further away from the solution you are.

Imagine a reality without guardians, a reality without bouncers.  Imagine being carried along without resistance in the flow of life knowing that you are safe.  Most of our “time” is spent dealing with the mundane and thereby missing the sublime but it is possible to turn it all into the game of life and enjoy the surprise and adventure inherent in every breath, with every glance.  Fulfillment is an absolute word.  There can be no levels or degrees of fulfillment, you’re either up to the brim and overflowing or not.  You can’t accumulate or work up to it.  Isn’t it liberating to realize this?  The manifestation of this understanding results in nothing less than the awareness that no choice is necessary because all that exists is the sacred moment which is now.  You can label it in any way that suits your taste but in the end it’s always the same new thing.   It is precious beyond measure, it is the currency of life.

There is no one particular way or style to live a life of integrity.  It may appear very complex on the outside or perhaps slow and simple but it is all derived from the same source which provides balance in every sector.  The more one pays attention and the more one gives in to the purpose the brighter everything becomes.  We have all of us travelled a wide variety of paths and stumbled once or twice along the way but in the end we are always in the sacred presence of the truth and this is indeed the honour of life.  We need no one else to point this out for this is the brilliance of self discovery.

 

This is the only change that matters.

 

In the uncovering of one’s unique frequency a dynamic and magnetic force is created and the most unusual things begin to unfold.  This domain can never be glimpsed by the thinking mind but perhaps there is a dimension that lies beyond in peaceful abeyance and from this wellspring we can draw upon all other things or ideas for the answer.  The solution always exists and arises the moment the problem disappears.  Our brains have been well conditioned to create problems and then solve them and this occupies a great deal of our energy.  The same solution, however, exists for every problem so just admit the primary role you play and move on, n’est-ce pas! 

We are influenced so much by our social circle and the information we absorb through all the various channels and once we step outside this force field the clarity is often revealed.  This then becomes the role of meditation or paying attention which can be applied to every moment that arises.  You do not have to sit cross legged in order to receive this benediction for it is equally available in every thought, feeling and gesture.   The sincerity of your purpose will keep you safe and open all the doors necessary to keep moving ahead because the basic and fundamental nature of the universe which is spirit is to be perpetually “moving ahead”.  Anything else would be resistance.  Through the stillness of the mind the infinite movement of the universe becomes available and you then automatically do the right thing because there is no other way to be.

Everything is its own special way of expressing itself yet in total it represents the whole which is really all there is anyway.  We have somehow, somewhere along the path, lost our way and separated from the source.  This is where the serious mischief began and continues today at an accelerated pace.  This destructive force is manifesting in a myriad of ways just as it has done for millennia and yet we do not change. This is the conundrum of life.

Without the deepest and most abiding feeling of absolute responsibility for everything seen or experienced nothing will change.  If you don’t change...if I don’t change... then nothing changes.  It’s that simple and that profound.  We are the only thing that is happening in the universe in terms of our perception and our reaction to this has created the mess we all share.   We all share this responsibility for it is the ultimate effect, it is our life.  There is no escaping it.

 

Create fulfillment in your life and you will be impressed by the impact that it has on everything you touch. 

If it doesn’t fit, get rid of it, you don’t need it and it will only slow you down.  

Devote yourself to the sacred process of understanding and abundance will reign supreme in all dimensions.

There is never a beginning without an ending and never a head without a tail so keep your eyes straight ahead, focused on the prize which you are and out of that reverence the peace and beauty of love will prevail.
