The carpet of aromatic cedar has been carefully arranged for your arrival,

The crackling fire is speaking sparks as they spiral upward to herald your coming home,

My silhouette dances romantically across the skin

As the portal above ushers in the milky way.

 

Oh sweet whisper of love that has crept into my bed,

What shall I do?

Oh cricket minstrel that serenades my heart to sleep,

How can I adore you more?

Oh vesper of the Divine please let me surrender to you again,

For I am here only to receive your love.

Disappearing into the tenderness you are and melting once again within your arms,

Vanishing together with you into the delight which we are sharing.

 

I can see and feel the ecstasy as it shoots off from every port,

Returning a thousand fold like a lightning bolt that brings me home to you again.

And as I stand there at the gateway to your bosom in the fullness of the moon,

I am exploding into the infinite burst of energy which I have so willingly become.

 

I am so thrilled to meet you here.

For this is the moment of complete annihilation and rebirth,

And I just want to dive deeper within you,

I want you to hold me like a mother holds her child.

I want to disappear into the passion with you,

Oblivious to everything yet aware of all things.

 

When I am near you like this the exhilaration begins at once,

And I can’t keep my eyes from looking your way.

I search not for promises nor dreams remote when I’m with you,

For I am devoured by your charming presence and simply hunger for more.

 

And I will be there for you in the crispness of the morning and until the end,
