I don’t have to be sitting next to you to be intoxicated by your fragrance,

It wafts supreme to the centre of my being no matter where I am.

There is no sweeter sound than the vibration that emanates from within you,

And I can feel it now as I reach out to you with these soulful words.

 

There’s no need to create a fantasy about the image of your presence,

For it is the only thing before me all the time,

And when the immensity of it greets me in the very next breath I take,

I’m completely gone with you into the mysterious sublime.
